The initial instructions was to call two experienced and exemplary Sisters in each area as Sister Leader Trainers. Every Sister in our mission is either training or being trained so we couldn't put two experienced Sisters together. We were instructed that it was all right to have younger sisters in these callings with their experienced companions so that is what we have. Later when others are called these sisters will be trained by them. It is the way.
Previously we held Zone Leader Council on the first Friday of every month. We now do not have Zone Leader Council any more and the meeting has been replaced church wide by the Mission Leader Council. We didn't know last month that that would be our very last ZLC. But we are documenting our first MLC.
